How to lodge a return
All items must be returned via the original place of purchase.
Step 1. | Read and understand the Terms and Conditions. |
Step 2. | Enter your name, email and order number. |
Step 3. | Select the items that you wish to return from this order and include a reason. If you are returning multiple orders in the one parcel, you will need to create a return entry for each order #. |
Step 4. | Acknowledge ABI’s return policy. | Step 5. | Once you have submitted your return, you will be emailed a Return Summary PDF. Please print and ensure this is included with all returned items. |
Note: | Please contact aftersales@abi-international.co.nz if you would like to amend a back-ordered item or order which has not yet been despatched. |
Please send all returns to our New Zealand warehouse via post. We cannot accept return drop-offs, as our warehouse is a 3PL distribution facility with limited customer-facing services. |
