How to lodge a return
All items must be returned via the original place of purchase.
|Step 1.||Read and understand the Terms and Conditions.|
|Step 2.||Enter your name, email and order number.|
|Step 3.||Select the items that you wish to return from this order and include a reason. If you are returning multiple orders in the one parcel, you will need to create a return entry for each order #.|
|Step 4.||Acknowledge ABI’s return policy.||Step 5.||Once you have submitted your return, you will be emailed a Return Summary PDF. Please print and ensure this is included with all returned items.|
|Note:||Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to amend a back-ordered item or order which has not yet been despatched.|
|Please send all returns to our New Zealand warehouse via post. We cannot accept return drop-offs, as our warehouse is a 3PL distribution facility with limited customer-facing services.|
